What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. By recognising unhelpful patterns and developing new strategies, you can build greater confidence and manage difficult situations to create lasting change.

CBT can be helpful for a range of challenges including anxiety, low mood, stress, panic and life transitions. CBT is a practical, goal-focused approach that can be tailored to your own needs and circumstances.

  • Support with anxiety

  • Help with unhelpful thought patterns and behaviour

  • Build confidence and self esteem

  • Support with life changes and transitions

  • Exam anxiety and school refusal

  • Strategies to manage everyday challenges
